Meet some of the key members of staff at Tritech.

COMPANY DIRECTORS

Simon Beswick - Managing Director Simon was appointed Managing Director in October 2008. Simon is extremely enthusiastic about creating and developing new business strategies for the company and ensuring long term prosperity. Simon has a degree in engineering, is a qualified accountant and holds an MBA. His extensive range of experience has given him a solid foundation and superior understanding of the complex industry Tritech works in.
Jacqueline McCloy - Finance Director Jacqueline joined the Tritech team in February 2009. Jacqueline's new role as Finance Director of Tritech includes responsibility for financial control, reporting and compliance. Her previous role was Head of Finance at technology manufacturer Sarantel Group PLC in the consumer electronics space. Prior to this she was financial controller for Natural Building Technologies Ltd in the construction sector. Jacqueline is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
John Smith - Technical Director John Smith was appointed Tritech's Technical Director in January 2009. John is responsible for the company's technical research and development. John holds a BSc Hons (first) in Electronics from U.M.I.S.T. Before his appointment to Tritech, John led key developments on SRD's (Sonar Research and Development) digital multibeam sonar systems. Joining SRD in 1989 as an Electronics Engineer he progressed through the company to Technical Manager in 1995 and then Technical Director in 2005. John brings 20 years of expertise to Tritech.
Maurice Fraser - Sales & Marketing Director Maurice was promoted to the position of Sales & Marketing Director in May 2008. He is accountable for generating sales, new product innovation, maintaining and expanding Tritech's dispersed network by supporting all our valued customers and communicating with Tritech's many partners. Prior to joining Tritech, Maurice was an Aircraft Ground Engineer in the Royal Air Force and continued the work ethic that tasks should be done correct the first time. With a wide range of experience in many different fields and an award in B.Sc in Mathematics and Computing Maurice brings diversification to the team and a particularly stimulating vision for Tritech's future in the subsea industry.
David Bradley - Supply Chain Director David Bradley joined Tritech in May 2011 as Supply Chain Director. David has considerable supply chain experience, most recently working for Jabil Circuit as Senior Director of Engineering Services, Telecoms and Networking, following senior supply-chain roles based in Singapore and Hong Kong. David is responsible for all sourcing, production and fulfilment of customer orders.

SALES & MARKETING TEAM

Malcolm Johnston - Business Development Manager (Energy) Malcolm has over thirty years' experience gained from working both on and offshore in the Diving and Survey industries. Malcolm joined Tritech in 2005 after graduating as a mature student from Robert Gordon University in 2000, with a B.Sc in Electronic and Electrical Engineering. Prior to joining Tritech, Malcolm worked for five years in the subsea industry as an engineer. He joined Tritech as a Sales & Marketing Executive and Rentals Manager, seeing promotion to Sales & Marketing Manager in 2007. Following Tritech’s development of industry specialists for its reference subsea products, Malcolm’s role is now focused on the development of the energy sector including the oil and gas industry and the rising decommissioning and renewables markets.
Mike Broadbent - Business Development Manager (Defence) Mike joined Tritech in November 2006 following the acquisition of Ulvertech Engineering Ltd and has recently been appointed as Business Development Manager, responsible for expanding Tritech’s business in the Defence sector. Mike started out as an Electronics Design Engineer with Ulvertech Ltd, working on the design and development of their range of sonar systems before progressing through as the Technical Manager for the company and then the Managing Director of Ulvertech Engineering Ltd. Prior to this new appointment, Mike worked closely with the research and development team of Tritech, as the Product Manager. Mike is a member of the Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and brings with him over 25 years experience in the subsea business.
Angus Lugsdin - Business Development Manager (US)) Angus Lugsdin joined Tritech in January 2010 having spent over 12 years in the subsea industry and previously held the position of Senior Vice President with a worldwide underwater systems company. Angus's appointment to the sales team saw him identify new market solutions for Tritech's key reference products within the US and he is now focusing on development of Tritech's RAMS™ technology; a multibeam, 360° riser and anchor chain monitoring system for FPSOs. Angus holds a BSc (Hons) in Marine Geography, from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
Tony Forster - Customer Liaison Manager Tony has been with Tritech since its inception. Having left the Royal Air Force in 1979, Tony joined the airline industry in Aberdeen, initially dealing with oil related traffic, passenger and freight. Tony then joined KLM as a Cargo Officer, where he was responsible for shipping freight around the world. Tony has worked with Tritech’s founder and former Managing Director, Richard Marsh, for over 30 years on subsea projects, firstly joining him in 1981, at Bennico Ltd, as a Materials Controller. Then in 1993, Tony joined Richard at Tritech International looking after purchasing, stores and customs and export licensing requirements. This role has diversified over the years as the company has grown. Tony's current position is Customer Liaison Manager, where he is responsible for areas including customer feedback and export and licensing control.
Allan Donaldson - Sales Engineer Allan joined Tritech in November 2011. Allan joins us from subsea rentals firm Seatronics, where he has worked for last 5 years both in Aberdeen and Singapore, laterally as a Sales Engineer. Allan's addition to the sales team will allow Tritech to better support our customers' needs.
 
Allan studied at The University of Abertay, Dundee and holds a Diploma of Higher Education in Mechatronics.
Nisha Roychoudhury - Internal Sales Co-ordinator Nisha joined Tritech in January 2011 bringing with her extensive experience in technology service companies. Nisha will now lead sales administration at Tritech.
 
Nisha joins Tritech from TubeFuse Technologies Limited; a Shell technology company where she was responsible for promoting the innovative technology of 'forging tubulars'.
 
Nisha holds a Business Commerce degree in Accounts & Computer Applications from the University of Mumbai.
Emma Presly - Sales Administrator Emma joined Tritech in February 2009 as our receptionist, bringing with her experience of administering day-to-day office activities. In January 2011, Emma was promoted to Sales Administrator following internal restructuring of our sales team.
 
Outside of her work, Emma is studying part-time, for a degree in Business Management at The Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen.
Suzanne Menzies - Marketing Co-ordinator Suzanne joined Tritech in September 2009 bringing with her over five year's commercial and marketing expertise from a variety of service and product industries. Suzanne holds first class honours in Business Management from the University of Essex.
 
As Marketing-Co-ordinator, Suzanne is responsible for the organisation and delivery of Tritech's marketing interests, including; internal and external communications, PR, branding, advertising, media relations and event responsibilities and acts as the marketing contact for Tritech’s Global Distributor Network and StarFish Seabed Imaging Systems.

TECHNICAL & CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Bill Jaffray - Quality & Process Improvement Manager Bill joined Tritech in March 2001. As Quality & Process Improvement Manager, Bill is responsible for ensuring that Tritech's high quality products are maintained to their utmost standard and that all departments comply with the ISO9001:2008 quality standards. In his role, he has the overall responsibility of ensuring continual quality and process improvement in Tritech's business operations. Bill has over 24 years experience in the design, manufacture and repair of subsea equipment and holds an HND award in electrical and electronic engineering.
Andrew Seaton - Customer Support Manager Andrew has been with Tritech since 2001 and previously held the roles of Customer Support Engineer and Product Line Manager. He was promoted to Customer Support Manager in August 2010. Andrew holds a BSc. (Hons) in Electric and Electronic Engineering and is currently working towards a Masters in Project Management.
 
Andrew’s main responsibilities are managing our customers’ technical support needs as he leads Tritech’s team of Customer Support Engineers.
Benedict HD Grant - Customer Training Manager Ben joined Tritech in December 2006, taking on an engineering role, as a Customer Support Engineer. Since then he has extended his engineering responsibilities to include managing all customer training courses. Prior to joining Tritech, Ben has experience working as a project engineer in the communications sector. Ben graduated in 2006 from the Robert Gordon University with a Masters in Electronic & Electrical Engineering, giving him a sound platform to carry out his technical responsibilities at Tritech.
