18th March 2020 - COVID-19 – Updated Communication to Customers
Tritech International Ltd. continue to monitor the situation regarding the COVID-19 corona virus using guidance from our parent company (MOOG Inc), the World Health Organisation and UK Government. We are reviewing business continuity plans on a daily basis to ensure the least possible disruption to our customers whilst protecting the safety of our employees and the communities in which we work.
Internally, we are following all government guidelines with regards to preventative measures. This includes restricting travel and visitors to site, supporting employees to work from home where possible and maximising social distancing at work.
As part of our risk management we are also working closely with our suppliers to ensure continued supply of our raw materials. We can confirm that currently there are no significant delays affecting customer deliveries but the situation is highly dynamic and could change in the future.
It will not be possible to respond to individual detailed questionnaires pertaining to our supply chain as the resources involved in gathering data and formulating responses would take the focus away from critical functions. However, in the event that Tritech determines that it will experience disruption or delays to customers we will pro-actively communicate to the affected parties as quickly as possible.
We intend, where possible, to continue shipping customer orders on the agreed dates. Therefore it is vital that you contact Tritech before the shipping date if you require any delay or change to the timing of shipment.
We will continue to monitor this situation closely and will advise of any changes in circumstances.
